Lisa attended SUNY University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Hearing Science. She completed a portion of her coursework as an international student at LaTrobe University in Melbourne, Australia. Her Masters degree in Communication Disorders was completed at East Tennessee State University, ETSU.
Lisa started her speech pathology career in the public school system in Sevierville, Tennessee and later in the Greenville County School system in South Carolina. She began working in early intervention in 2009 and enjoys the connections she has made with the children and their families working in their natural environment.
In her spare time, she and her husband stay busy with their four children. Lisa is a certified member of the Greater Greenville Master Gardener association.
Kristen Middlebrooks has 20 years of experience working as an SLP in the Greenville County School System. Three years ago she made the transition to working for the birth to three population and absolutely loves it! She has a Master’s degree from South Carolina State University with a minor in English from Winthrop University.
She grew up in Charleston SC and has lived with her husband and two children in Fountain Inn for the past 25 years. Her son is a junior at Clemson and they are Tiger fans! Her daughter and her husband live in Alabama and they visit as often as possible. On weekends Kristen can be found reading, at a concert or watching college football.
Laura received her Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from the Medical University of South Carolina. Since graduating, she has worked in both the school system and in home health. She enjoys working with families and watching their children’s speech flourish.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and 2 kids.
Becca Thompson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Bob Jones University. Before joining Talking Toddlers LLC., Becca worked at the Bob Jones Child Development Center, further reinforcing her passion for working with young children. With a deep commitment to supporting families, Becca strives to create a warm, nurturing environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
As a lifelong learner, Becca is excited to continue growing professionally while making a positive impact on the families she works with. She enjoys spending quality time with her beloved husband, and in her free time, you’ll often find her enjoying a cup of coffee at a local café, expressing her creativity through card-making and scrapbooking, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
